Eunji CHOI, a graduate student in the Division of African Area studies [DAAS], received the Best Presentation Award in the 29th Annual Congress of Japanese Association of Nilo-Ethiopian Studies on April 19th, 2020. Her presentation title was “Rethinking Informality: Analyzing the Dynamics between State Interference and Role of Tera Askebari in Addis Ababa”.
